At AirSquares, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All our game sets are built to last and backed by a 10-year limited warranty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• All original parts and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
• Item was purchased directly from playairsquares.com
Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned through that retailer's return policy.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these simple steps:
1. Email us at info@playairsquares.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 Business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
4. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund
• We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, contact us at info@playairsquares.com within 30 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@playairsquares.com
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping
This is in addition to your 10-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
7. 10-Year Limited Warranty
All AirSquares game sets come with a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items not in original condition or missing parts/packaging
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us
• Gift cards or store credits
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
9. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
• Defective or incorrect items: AirSquares covers all return shipping costs
• Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. AirSquares is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
