All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

• Coverage: All 50 US states (excluding US territories unless noted)
3.2 Domestic Extended (Select US States)
For certain states with extended delivery zones, we ship via USPS with the following service options:
• First Class Mail
• Ground Advantage
• Media Mail
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3.3 International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via DHL Express with discounted rates calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service
• Prepaid Duties Option: Available — select at checkout to pay duties upfront and avoid surprises upon delivery
Currently shipping to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and 24+ additional countries.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS or DHL).

5. Delivery Issues & Delays
5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
AirSquares is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you. If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package:
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
• Email us at info@playairsquares.com and we will investigate the situation
5.2 Carrier Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. AirSquares is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate proactively if we become aware of delays affecting your order.
5.3 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@playairsquares.com. We can only modify addresses before the order is dispatched.
